Cancellation & Refund

All our orders are packed with utmost care and caution so that it reaches our customers safely.


1. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications can only be made within the first four hours. For Cash on Delivery orders, kindly note that refusal of delivery may affect the acceptance of future orders. For prepaid orders, refunds cannot be issued if the package is declined or returned at the doorstep. Should you wish to request a re-delivery, it will be arranged with applicable charges covering two-way shipping and re-packing costs.


2. Quality Concerns
If you notice any issue with the products quality, email us at info@nirmanahome.com within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review and assist you swiftly.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


4. Manufacturing Defects
Must be brought to our notice within 2 days of delivery for review and appropriate action.


5. Refund
Please note for above, we do not process refunds in any case. However, we offer an exchange or a credit note of the same value with a lifetime validity. Confirmation will be provided once we receive the return package and we evaluate it to our satisfaction.
