As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

A product, that is purchased on this website, is eligible for return/ replacement within 7 days of delivery (at customer’s place).

Post approval of return by team, customers need to send back the product safely to us, we request our customers to send it in the same way along with the same packaging material like foam, bubble wrap etc. to protect it from any further damage. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.

Please note for above, we do not process refunds in any case. However, we offer an exchange or a credit note of the same value with a lifetime validity. Confirmation will be provided once we receive the return package and we evaluate it to our satisfaction.

Products once exchanged will no longer be returnable.

International Orders:
Alteration requests for international shipments are welcome, but return shipping and associated duties, taxes, and customs charges will need to be borne by the customer.
